In a Toy City full of lawlessness, things start to descend into chaos when the Mayor decides that everything can be solved by BONK!
Two little scientists, give frogs cars (for science, of course!), but they soon find that being reliant on just cars for transportation wrecks havoc on frog civilization. But hey! At least it's cool seeing FROGS IN CARS!
DROPLET, just spent 100 years taking a nap at the bottom of the ocean, but soon after waking up she finds a baby otter seperated from his family by an oil spill. She's just one tiny drop in the ocean, but she learns that she can make waves when she works together with her fellow water drops!
